Obituary of Corey JW Church

Corey Church, 43, originally from Fort Atkinson passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at his home in Whitewater.

Corey was born on February 3, 1975 in Fort Atkinson to Courtney and Claudia (Yackels) Church.  He graduated from Fort Atkinson High School in 1993.  He was employed by LDV Inc. in Burlington, WI.  He enjoyed spending time with his sons Brandon and Max watching movies and playing video games and riding his motorcycle. 

He is survived by his sons Brandon and Max Church; brother Chris (Dawn) Church and their son Braeden; sister Candy (Kerry) Wild and their sons Devin and Seth; mother Claudia Church; mother of his children, Mary (Steve) Lenz.  He was preceded in death by his father Courtney Church; nephew, Hunter Wild and niece, Hannah Church.

Per Corey’s request there will be no formal services. Memorials may be directed to his boys through Mary Lenz.
